Which delivery days are available?
Subscription boxes go out on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday inside Riyadh, morning 9–12 or evening 5–9.
What if I am away?
Skip any delivery up to 48 hours before it is due; the skipped box is added to the end of your bundle.
Can I pause during Ramadan?
Yes. A pause pushes every remaining delivery forward by the length you choose — one WhatsApp message is enough.
Can I gift a subscription?
Yes. Choose the gift subscription for 3, 6 or 12 months; the vase and your card arrive with the first box.
How do I cancel?
From the My subscription page or by WhatsApp. We stop the remaining deliveries and contact you to settle the balance.
What if a box arrives less than fresh?
Send us a photo within 24 hours of delivery and we will replace the box.
The smallest prepaid bundle is 4 deliveries at SAR 792 including delivery and VAT.
